Looking to get creative? Join us for our morning glass fusing workshop with Cotswold Glass and Crafts!
Whether you're brand new to glass fusing or have already given it a go, this is the perfect opportunity to make yourself some handmade gifts for the people you love or a treat for yourself.
Our half day's workshop (starting at 10am, finishing at approximately 2pm) will now be held in the art department at Burford School at the top of Burford Hill. Easy access and free parking is located in the school at the entrance off the A361. Signs will lead you to the art department.
During the workshop, you will learn;
- How to work with glass safely
- Introduction to tools and glass art techniques
- Learn to cut and handle glass with confidence whilst creating 3-4 beautiful bespoke pieces of art.
All materials and safety equipment is supplied along with light refreshments.
To ensure quality teaching, the class size will be kept to a maximum of 10 people.
We have a minimum number of 4 students per class, if we do not have enough students enrolled on the course, we will be in touch to offer either an alternative date, credit note for a future workshop or a refund. We will give a week's notice of any such decision.

What will I make?
You will be able to make 3-4 items from the following options:
- Coaster
- Tea Light Holder
- Free standing Curve
- Wall or window hanger
- Small bowl

Will I be able to take my pieces home on the day?
Firing is an overnight process and will take place approximately 2 weeks from your workshop. Your lovely fused glass will be available to collect from Cotswold Glass and Crafts. We will email you when your glass is ready to collect. If you can’t collect, I will arrange postage of your pieces to your home address for £10
What should I wear?
It is a relaxed day, so comfortable clothing and closed in footwear would be perfect.
